Prior to founding Procurato, Marco spent 14 years in leadership roles in procurement, sourcing, and supply chain in various sectors including FTSE 100 financial and insurance services, ‘Big 4’ consultancies, and automotive manufacturing.
He has successfully completed strategic projects, from direct sourcing of insurance services to the management of indirect categories such as professional, IT, and corporate services.
Marco is passionate about mentoring and developing our colleagues at Procurato and ensure they grow professionally and personally to “become the best possible version of themselves”.

Matthew is a seasoned senior executive with a successful 18-year track record in procurement, supplier management and leadership across industries as diverse as insurance and financial services, aerospace and defence manufacturing, and professional services.
Matthew has worked in a C-suite managerial capacity and transformed teams globally to achieve ambitious procurement and transformation targets.
Matthew's past projects have included large-scale cost reduction programmes, outsourcing management, and procurement transformations. Matthew is a motivated leader and prides himself on building effective and talented teams, ensuring that clients only work with the best.
