Marco Marambe

Managing Director - Strategy, Finance, Business Services

Before founding Procurato, Marco spent 15 years in senior procurement, sourcing, and supply chain roles across FTSE 100 financial and insurance services, Big Four consultancies, and automotive manufacturing.

He has delivered major strategic projects, from direct sourcing in insurance services to managing complex indirect categories including IT, professional, and corporate services.


At Procurato, Marco combines deep industry expertise with a passion for people development, mentoring colleagues to grow professionally and personally, and to become the best version of themselves.

Matthew Parker

Managing Director - Sales, Client Operations & Client Technology

With over 20 years of experience in insurance and procurement, Matthew is an accomplished executive who has held senior leadership roles, including serving as a CPO before joining Procurato. His career spans industries from insurance and financial services to heavy manufacturing, including aerospace, defense, marine, and infrastructure.


Matthew has led major transformations, innovation and outsourcing programmes, and global cost-reduction initiatives, consistently delivering ambitious targets. An innovation-driven leader, he takes pride in building high-performing teams and ensuring clients benefit from the very best expertise.

Bob Blunden

Bob Blunden

Bob is an accomplished business leader with over 40 years of experience across the public and private sectors, including manufacturing, construction, private equity, and financial services. A former CEO in construction, maintenance, and testing, he has also built growth platforms for SMEs and led major transformation programmes.

At Procurato, Bob is dedicated to performance and delivery, driving innovation and building a culture that ensures market-leading differentiation and long-term client value.

Harry Adams

Principal

With over 15 years of procurement experience, Harry specialises in complex supply chains, strategic sourcing, and third-party risk management. He has held senior roles at companies such as Aston Martin and IAC, leading procurement initiatives that improved efficiency, reduced risk, and built resilient supply chains.


Harry has a strong track record in designing target operating models, building procurement processes, and delivering opportunity assessments across industries. Harry applies this expertise to help clients strengthen supply chain performance and achieve sustainable value.

Irina Slorach

Senior Manager

Irina is an MCIPS-qualified procurement professional bringing more than 20 years of experience in strategic sourcing, negotiation, and category management. Over her career she has delivered major projects including divestments, global category reviews, and cost optimisation programmes across multiple sectors.


Irina has a proven track record of achieving significant savings, managing supplier separations, and driving procurement strategies that deliver long-term value. At Procurato, she applies her commercial expertise to deliver complex projects across multiple categories, driving optimisation, and long-term value for clients.

Lucia Oravcova

Senior Manager

Lucia is a procurement and insurance specialist with expertise in data analysis, M&A, sourcing, and risk management. She has designed and assessed multiple Target Operating Models across technology, risk, and organisational frameworks, and is highly experienced in managing procurement categories to align with business objectives.


Her industry background spans financial services and manufacturing, leading data analytics & spend analytics workstreams. Lucia’s analytical and data-driven approach drives complex projects that optimise sourcing, mitigate risk, and strengthen procurement performance.

Anna Pilipiuk

Head of Growth Strategy & Product

Anna is an award-nominated leader in technology and product management, with expertise in AI/ML and business growth. She leads product development for SpendQube, driving AI-powered spend analysis, procurement automation, agile delivery, and software development initiatives.


Combining her consulting background across finance, supply chain, media, and infrastructure with a strong focus on sales and marketing, Anna not only creates products but also ensures they are positioned, marketed, and scaled effectively. At Procurato, she uses this dual expertise to deliver solutions that enhance both our clients’ performance and Procurato’s own growth.
