Diagnostic Stage
We review the current setup of your procurement and supply chain teams, including structure, skills required, processes, technology, tools, and ways of working. We conduct stakeholder interviews, assess capability, and benchmark against industry peers to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains.

Design & Implementation Planning
Planning Based on the diagnostic findings, we design the “to-be” operating model, including future organisation structure, governance framework, roles and responsibilities (RACI), capability development plan, and technology requirements. We create a business case, transition plan, and change management approach to prepare you for implementation planning.
